Nigerian comedian Debo Adedayo, better known by his stage as Mr. Macaroni, has addressed the wedding-themed pictures he previously posted alongside fellow comic Kemi Ikuseedun, or Mummy Wa.
On April 23 and 24, Mr. Macaroni posted photos of himself and Mummy Wa, who frequently played his wife in his skits, with a wedding theme.
But many of his fans were confused by the photos, wondering if this was a real wedding or just a prank.
But the comic pointed out that he wasn’t married to Mummy wa in a tweet on Tuesday, which also happens to be Mr. Macaroni’s birthday.
The just 29-year-old comedian made this statement while appreciating the well-wishes of his followers.
“I appreciate all of your kind messages,” he wrote.
